Join us for the 2019 CBMTG Patient and Caregiver Symposium!
Based on the successful model of the 2016 and 2017 patient and caregiver meetings in Vancouver, Calgary, and St. John's, the CBMTG Conference Planning committee, together with the CBMTG Patient & Family Special Interest Group, will be hosting a patient and caregiver symposium in 2019. This symposium will be held at the Westin Calgary on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 4:30pm-7:00pm. This year's theme is 'Ask the Expert'. The symposium will provide a forum for transplant patients, their family members, caregivers and medical practitioners to interact, ask questions, network and receive information.

For those who are unable to attend in person, this event will be live webcast. More information will be available soon.
New for this year - The CBMTG will be hosting a BMT101 session on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 10:30am-4:00pm for all patients, caregivers, and family members. All transplant patients, their family members, and caregivers are invited to attend this educational session. Registration for this session is Free and is included in the Patient and Caregiver Symposium registration form, below.

The CBMTG is pleased to provide travel bursaries of up to $500 per attendee or hotel accommodation for a maximum of two nights, on a first come first serve basis to transplant patients, their family members and caregivers to assist with expenses to attend the 2019 Patient and Caregiver Symposium, part of the Annual Conference.
